RATE CONDITIONS

Please be aware that our rates are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the cancellation penalties will be calculated based on the total amount of the reservation. The following are the cancellation penalties:

  • 40% from the moment of booking until 16 days before arrival;
  • 50% from 15 to 7 days before the start of the stay;
  • 100% after these terms and in case of no-show;
  • NO REFUND IS PROVIDED IN CASE OF MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR NO-SHOW
  • NO REFUND IN CASE OF POSTPONED ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, OR UNCONSUMED MEALS.

Exception: Customers who are part of the loyalty program called ClubRes Card will have penalties and rules according to the loyalty program's regulations.

YOUR TRIP IS INSURED

If you want an all-around guarantee, you can add the STORNOHOTEL policy to your reservation at a very small cost, in exchange for insurance coverage both in case of cancellation and in case of trip interruption even for reasons related to illness from COVID-19.

Important: When you take out your policy, remember to include all the people who will be traveling with you and to quote the exact amount of your total stay, otherwise insurance coverage is not guaranteed. You will have to take out a policy for each room you book, even if you make a single reservation.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSURED The insured, upon the occurrence of the event causing the cancellation or interruption of the trip, is required to:
  • CANCEL THE BOOKED TRIP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, in order to minimize cancellation penalties.
  • REPORT THE CLAIM TO THE COMPANY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE EVENT BY CONTACTING THE CLAIMS CALL CENTER
