Law provides, that starting on August 6th the Green Pass will be required to access to public restaurants, swimming pools, spa-areas and fitness facilities located inside hotels. The control of this requirement is entrusted to the hotel operators. Therefore, from August 6th 2021 it is mandatory for all guests aged 12 and over to show the Green Pass at check-in. We remind you, that the Green Pass is the condition found, that the person

  • has received at least 1 vaccination dose (valid for 9 months)
  • have had a negative SARS-CoV-2 test in the last 48 hours,
  • has recovered from Covid-19 in the last six months (valid for 6 months).

In order to expedite the control procedures as quickly as possible at the check-in and to guarantee the control also in case of missing phone- or internet-connectivity or other technical problems, we request to present the Green Pass in print format attesting the certification of vaccination, the recovery from Covid-19 or the negative SARS-CoV-2 tampon result.
We would like to point out that the applied Covid-19 regulations that determine the rules within our establishments (safety distances, mask obligation, etc.) continue to apply without restriction and to all guests, regardless of the Green Pass.

If you decide to stipulate the STORNOHOTEL insurance, ClubRes will take the risk and we will protect your reservation: in the unlucky event that you won’t be able to travel due to lockdowns or the institution of red zones, we will release a voucher, to be used within 12 months for a new booking. The value of the voucher will be the same of the deposit increased by 10%

Should you ever need medical assistance, before taking any spontaneous venture, you have to call immediately the Operations Centre to report the occurred event and received assintance
