DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO PROCEED WITH THE RESERVATION?
At the time of booking, you will need to pay a deposit equal to 40% of the total stay. The remaining balance can be settled directly at the property.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
The deposit payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card. The final bill at the property can be paid in cash up to a maximum of €1,999.99, or with credit card (Visa or MasterCard), and debit card. Payment by check is not accepted.
I'M ARRIVING IN SARDINIA BY PLANE, AND I DON'T INTEND TO RENT A CAR, HOW CAN I REACH THE RESORT?

I'M COMING TO SARDINIA WITHOUT A CAR, ARE THERE ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AFFILIATED WITH THE RESORT?
Our Resort provides shuttle services for our guests that will take you to Porto Rotondo, Olbia, the center of Golfo Aranci, its beaches, and the market. Additionally, we offer free bicycles for you to easily reach the center of Golfo Aranci.
ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, I NEED TO LEAVE THE RESORT VERY EARLY, WHEN CAN I SETTLE THE FINAL BILL?
If your departure is scheduled for early morning, we recommend approaching the reception for check-out procedures the evening before, by 10:00 PM. In any case, if you decide to settle the bill directly before departure, you can do so at any time. There will always be someone at the reception to assist you with the procedures.
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-OUT?
The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Any late check-outs will be arranged with the reception the day before departure, and additional costs may apply. In any case, you can leave your luggage in the storage and, in agreement with the lifeguards, continue to use your beach beach umbrella spot, or an alternative spot will be assigned. This way, you can enjoy the sea until the end and take a shower before leaving.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE BEFORE THE CHECK-IN TIME?
While you wait for your room to be delivered, you can check-in, leave your luggage in our video-surveilled storage, where you'll also find equipped bathrooms with showers and changing rooms. You can change and head to your assigned beach beach umbrella spot, and start your beach vacation while waiting for the reception to inform you of room availability via phone.
I LOVE THE SEA, BUT I'D ALSO LIKE TO DO SOME WATER SPORTS. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORGANIZE SOMETHING DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH NEAR THE RESORT?
Our Resort also offers a diving service where you can organize boat excursions, rent canoes, SUP boards, and book many other experiences and activities!
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
Around the Resort, there are several free and paid parking areas. In any case, our facility has parking spaces in our internal video-monitored garage, available for a fee. You can reserve parking for the duration of your stay.
IS WIFI AVAILABLE?
Wifi service is included and free; you just need to ask for the password at the reception. The connection is guaranteed in the central area of our resort.
IS THERE A WELLNESS AREA?
You can access our AquaVitalis wellness center by booking their treatments.
I HAVE A RESIDENCE BOOKING, CAN I ADD BREAKFAST OR HALF BOARD?
You can request to add these services. You'll receive confirmation on-site, subject to availability.
DOES THE RESORT PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN?
Our Kinny Club offers lots of activities and games for our younger guests aged between 3 and 12 years.
If your children wish, they can also have lunch or dinner with our entertainers.
IS THE BEACH beach umbrella INCLUDED?
All our guests are provided with two sunbeds and a beach umbrella on the internal beach of our Resort or on the poolside lawn. If you desire a spot directly on the external beach, request a quote via email.
CAN I RENT BEACH TOWELS, OR DO I HAVE TO BRING THEM FROM HOME?
If you don't have beach towels with you, don't worry! You can request them directly from our lifeguards at the cost of €2.
